State Of The Art Live Tracking Systems

Working closely with our American partners, we’ve developed and customised our sophisticated monitoring and management systems to allow for complete transparency and a level of commitment to service and tracking not found anywhere else in Australia. By giving our clients access to our smartphone-compatible tracking system, parcels can be tracked immediately at any time. We also have a 24/7 customer service team available to handle your enquiries, day or night.

Our automated notifications ensure you’re informed of an ETA the day prior to delivery. At 8am on the day of delivery we send out a progress report so you know how your parcel is tracking. At 12pm on the day of delivery, a full report on recent deliveries is provided. Our state of the art tracking and proof of delivery system allows us to offer our clients the highest level of accuracy, and ensures accountability on each and every delivery that is entrusted to Be Cool Refrigerated Couriers.

The Complete Package

At Be Cool we have complete control over our vehicles and our drivers are all Be Cool team members. Each driver is HACCP trained and we do not hand any of our work over to third parties. Because we don’t take ad hoc work or transport goods between cities, we are able to provide our clients with a complete and customised service that operates from our branches located in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Canberra, Darwin, Far North Queensland and Newcastle.
